PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional fabric excellent in soundproofness for lightweight flooring impact noise when used as a woody flooring or its substrate, good in walk feeling, high in durability to compression with little thickness reduction even after long-term use, and also good in thermal insulation and shock-absorbing capacity, and to provide a flooring material using the fabric. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional fabric comprises two front and back side knitted fabric layers and yarns joining them together. In this fabric, the joining yarn consists of a monofilament of 30-1,000 dtex, the thickness is 2-10 mm, and the compression hardness is 60-600 N under 25% compression by a 200mm-diameter disc.
