PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type burning deodorizing apparatus, performing bake-out of a heat storage part with a relatively smaller load applied on the supply side of the heat storage part in a relatively short time. SOLUTION: This heat storage type burning deodorizing apparatus includes: a heating part for heating gas to be treated containing organic matter and deodorizing the same; three heat storage parts having the inlet side for introducing the gas to be treated and the supply side for supplying the introduced gas to be treated to the heating part, and communicating with the heating part; and a heating gas inlet passage for introducing the gas heated by the heating part from the inlet side to the heat storage part. Each heat storage part enters the supply state of pre-heating the gas to be treated introduced from the inlet side and supplying the same from the supply side to the heating part, the discharge state where the gas heated by the heating part is supplied from the supply side and discharged from the inlet side while heat is absorbed from the gas, and the air burning state where the heated gas is supplied from the inlet side through the heating gas inlet passage, thereby heating from the inlet side by the heat of the gas.
