WATER SERVICE PIPE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water service pipe having high contamination resistance for distributing fluid such as tap water and improved construction efficiency at a site, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A reinforcing layer 4 is mounted between an inner face rubber layer 3 and an outer face rubber layer 5 which are coaxially built up, and a nylon resin layer 2 is formed on the innermost peripheral face on which tap water is distributed. A nylon resin forming the nylon resin layer 2 is non-plastically mixed resin, and the content of an oligomer component is 1.0 wt.% or smaller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
