PURPOSE:To improve an S/N ratio of a detected signal and to obtain the stable detected signal over a wide temperature range, by fixing the wire around which a coil is wound to a body to which the load is applied, and applying the load to the part between both ends of the wire. CONSTITUTION:Base stands 12-1 and 12-2 are fixed to the body 11 to which the load is applied. The wire 13 is provided on the base stands in parallel with the surface of the body 11 to which the load is applied. The wire 13 is made of metal wire which can be magnetized. The coercive forces of a core part 14 and an outer shell part 15 of the wire in axial direction are different. The coercive force of the outer shell part is larger. The core part 14 and the outer shell part 15 are magnetized in the reverse directions to each other along the axi. The magnetic domain walls are formed in this way. An AC voltage is applied across terminals t1 and t2 of the coil 16 which is wound around the wire 13, and the load is applied to the part between both ends of the wire 13. Then the metal organization of the wire 13 is changed, and the voltage value of the detected signal obtained between terminals t3 and t4 of the coil 17 is changed. |
