PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a large-size display device using wireless communication, high in resolution and to stabilize generation of a driving source voltage for a pixel circuit portion. SOLUTION: One antenna is provided for a plurality of pixel circuit portions and shared by a plurality of pixels to make the large-size display device using wireless communication, high in resolution. The display device having high image quality is therefore obtained. Further, a battery is incorporated and then a stable source voltage can be supplied to the pixel circuit portions.
