PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usable vibration reducing mechanism and its setting specifications for remarkably increasing a vibration reducing effect without requiring an excessive additional mass. SOLUTION: A rigid member 2 protruding from a main structural body 1 of the structure is provided integrally with the main structural body. An axial force member 3 independent from the main structural body is disposed around the main structural body and its one end is fixed. Also, a turning inertial mass damper 4 is interposed between the other end of the axial force member and the rigid member, so as to attune a natural frequency fixed by the turning inertial massΨgenerated thereby and the axial rigidity k<SB>v</SB>to the natural frequency of the main structural body.
