PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decreasing the attaching and coherent property of pranlukast hydrate in its granulation by using a powdery material containing the pranlukast hydrate in a high concentration, and also improving the attaching and coherent property of the obtained granulated materials. SOLUTION: This method of granulation by using the powdery material containing the pranlukast hydrate in the high concentration is provided by blending a specific natural high molecular compound or its derivative.
