PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of scale on a heating material by controlling an air-fuel ratio so that the total of air quantity for combustion supplying into a burner and air quantity for blowing into a furnace becomes a constant ratio to fuel for supplying into the burner. SOLUTION: A fuel flowing rate control is executed, by which the output of a temp. sensor 25 is inputted into a furnace temp. adjustor 11 and a fuel flowing rate target value is calculated by refering to the input value of the target temp. programed in each heating condition of a steel slab 2, and this calculated value is outputted into a fuel flowing rate adjustor 8 and the fuel flowing rate adjusting valve 5 is adjusted. An air flowing rate control is executed by controlling the air flowing rate into the fuel burner 4 and the air flowing rate blown from an air nozzle 22b. The control of the blowing air flowing rate into the furnace is executed by which a target blowing air flowing rate is calculated from the detected quantity of fuel flowing rate, the target burner air rate and the air ratio set with a ratio computing element 31 and this target blowing air flowing rate value is outputted to the air flowing rate adjustor 32 into the furnace to adjust an air flowing rate adjusting valve 24 into the furnace. |
