PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated aluminum alloy plate material for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor case having excellent moldability, and having a desired color tone even after soldering because of hardly causing change of the color tone even when heated. SOLUTION: This resin-coated aluminum alloy plate material has an epoxy-based or polyester-based resin layer containing at least either of polyethylene wax and carnauba wax, and having a thickness of 2-22μm, and has a color tone of which the b* value is two or larger in an L*, a*, b* color system by restricting the sum of wax particle lengths cut by an optional single line of a length of 100μm on a surface of the resin layer, the number of wax in a certain particle diameter range in a resin layer cross-sectional region having the single line of 100μm as one side, and the number of wax exceeding a certain particle diameter.
