PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit capable of miniaturizing and improving reliability of fuse blowing-out characteristics and restraining a splash from scattering at the time of blowing-out of a fuse. SOLUTION: A cover 12 is mounted on a circuit board 11 where a fuse element 19 and a semiconductor relay 16 are arranged. The cover 12 covers a blowing-out section 21 of the fuse element 19. A first opening 24 is formed on the cover 12 at a position corresponding to the semiconductor relay 16, and at least a part of the semiconductor relay 16 is exposed to the outside of the cover 12 from the first opening 24.
