发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the film coefficient of inter-film heat transfer and enhance the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger remarkably by a method wherein fluid is jetted against a heating wall from nozzles. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas discharged from the outlet of the flue of a boiler main body enters a shell 1 at an inlet 2 and exits at an outlet 3 as indicated with the white arrow A. The wet saturated steam generated in the boiler main body flows from a saturated steam draw-off port into a heat pipe 4 and, while ascending as indicated with the arrows B, heated through a heat pipe 4 by means of the exhaust gas passing within the shell 1. The heated steam flows from the upper end of the heat pipe 4 into an injection pipe 6 and jets from the nozzles 9 provided on the pipe 6 against the inside surface of an internal vessel 7. In such a manner as mentioned above, because the thickness of a steam boundary layer having a temperature distribution generated by contacting with the inside surface of the internal vessel 7 becomes very thin, the film coefficient of heat transfer of the inside surface of the vessel 7 is strikingly improved as compared with that of conventional heat exchanger. Consequently, heat is efficiently transferred to the steam in the vessel 7 and the steam drawn-off from a draw-off port 12 is turned to be superheated steam.
