<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden when a person waiting one's turn of service provision applies for service to a reception window of a service provider. <P>SOLUTION: An output means 51 outputs a code showing a production instruction of an electronic mail for a calling device 1 and a reception number. A storage means 52 is a storage device for storing the reception number and a mail address. When receiving a notification request mail recorded with the reception number from a mobile terminal, a reception number registration means 53 associates the mail address of a transmission source of the notification request mail with the reception number, and makes the storage means 52 store them.
