<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a copied content from being used at a location other than the designated location, according to positional information. <P>SOLUTION: A license management server generates an encryption key for encrypting copy data of a content, on the basis of pre-registered position information regarding the copy data of the content, A home server encrypts the copy data of the content with the generated encryption key and transmits the copy data to a user terminal; and the user terminal obtains the present position information from a position information detecting device, when the copy data of the content is used, dynamically generates a decryption key for decrypting the copy data of the content from the position information, and decrypts the copy data of the content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
