<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film superior in hardness and improved in adhesiveness and chemical resistance, an anti-reflection film, a polarizing plate using the same, and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: This hard coat film has an intermediate layer between a transparent film base material and a hard coat layer.
