<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top board of a table or the like which is capable of reducing the waste produced from materials used, facilitating the working and fabrication of the top board, having a high freedom degree of a layout mode, having a sense of uniformity in design by using one planar-shape basis top board and planar-shape divided top boards formed by dividing the top board shape of the basis top board into two or three, as the top board of the table or the like, and having the highly usable top board shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The top board external shape is formed on the circumference of a circle by forming three portions located at an interval 120° of from the center of a circle into linear sides of equal length, and leaving the residual portions as the periphery of the circle.
