<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-volatilizing apparatus exhibiting an excellent natural volatilization effect, reducing the extent of reduction of the chemical by scattering and is easily produceable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The chemical-volatilizing apparatus 1 comprises an outer frame 4 covering the circumference of a chemical-impregnated body 5 in which a plurality of cylindrical through-holes 2 are installed side by side, the chemical-impregnated body 5 is set as suspendible through a suspending tool 6 installed on the outer frame 4, in suspending, projecting plate like wind receiving members 8 wich have almost equal area, from the outer frame 4 on both sides in horizontal direction and/or the both sides of the vertical direction orthogonalizing with the horizontal direction in the outer frame 4, and setting the projecting directions equal and then setting the projecting angle on the horizontal direction in the case of projecting from the outer frame 4 locating on the both sides in horizontal direction and the projecting angle on the vertical direction in the case of projecting from the outer frame 4 locating on the both sides of the vertical direction as almost equal.
