PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an elastic modulus of a synthetic resin holder, compared with conventional one, so as to restrain deformation under high speed rotation, in a rolling bearing for a device rotated at a high speed such as a machine tool, to restrain a holder inner face from being abraded by an exposed reinforcement fiber, even when the synthetic resin holder is abraded, so as to enhance durability, and to further eliminate curing treatment of a holder guide face to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing for the high speed rotation includes the synthetic resin holder comprising a resin composition containing 30-45 mass% of potassium titanate whisker treated by an epoxy or amino silane coupler, and having 10-15 GPa of bending elastic modulus.
