The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for remove medical treatment in a ship using a marine VSAT system, by which a patient of a ship is diagnosed remotely so that medicines are prescribed, and the medicines prescribed to the ship by a hospital by using a drone is delivered when the prescribed medicines are not present in the ship. The apparatus for remote treatment in a ship using a marine VSAT system includes a CCTV configured to photograph a motion of an operator in a ship and output an image signal, a biometric signal measuring unit configured to output biometric data of a patient in the ship, a ship computer configured to receive the image signal from the CCTV to determine whether a remote treatment is required, to output an alarm control signal if the remote treatment is determined, output biometric data of the patient input by the biometric signal measuring unit through a VSAT station, and to manage a list of the medicines stored in the ship, an alarm unit configured to receive an alarm control signal from the ship computer to generate a voice signal, a plurality of hospital computers installed in hospitals that are present within a set radius from the seashore to allow a remote treatment through a microphone, a drone configured to, if a move command is received from the hospital computer, deliver medicine mounted on the drone to the ship in which the ship computer is installed, and a server computer that communicate data with the ship computer by using the marine VSAT system, communicates data with the hospital computer, and manage an information list of a medical staff that may perform a remote treatment. |
