A computer-implemented method 1000 for delivering funding options to a user of a mobile device comprises operating a processor associated with the mobile device to allow a user to select an item for purchase 1010, to collate data from one of more payment services to provide funding options 1020 for user selection 1030 and to fulfil the preferred funding option 1040. The item selection may be effected locally or remotely to the item being selected and may comprise scanning a barcode or QR code, capturing an image or speech identifier or receiving an identifier through a user interface. The payment service providers may comprise the users bank, a third party payment service provider and a merchant from which the purchase is being made. The transaction may include one or more transaction types. A digital wallet provided on the mobile device may be used to fulfil a selected funding option. The method may be implemented by a payment finder app on the mobile device. A device for implementing the method is also claimed. |
