A fluid dispenser has a frame 2, 3, 4 the frame providing a space for a container. The frame mounts an actuator 9, the actuator having a plate 15 attached to it. The plate moves back and forth along the frame, and a collar 30 is mounted in the frame between the plate and the frame and is attached to the frame by a mounting, such as a spring-loaded bolt (34 Fig 4) that allows the collar to move back and forth along the frame, and the collar may also include a peripheral lip (35 Fig 4). A fluid pump 40 attaches to the frame and has an inlet tube 42 passing through a hole in the plate, which may be sealed by an O-ring within a seal seat (18a Fig 1). The plate may further include a peripheral seal (20 Fig 5) such as an O-ring. The mounting bolts may be elongate and fixed to the collar (5c Fig 4), and the bolt springs (5e Fig 4) may urge the collar towards the plate, the mounting limiting movement of the collar. |
