An outer member (11) has a pin insertion hole (12) formed therein, and an inner member (6) has a pin groove (7) formed therein. A positioning device (20) is provided with: a pin (21) entering both the pin insertion hole (12) and the pin groove (7); and a groove contact member (41) in contact with the groove side surfaces (8) of the pin groove (7). Either the pin (21) or the groove contact member (41) has formed therein a position restriction recess (55) formed at the portion thereof which faces the other member and recessed in the direction away from the other member. The other member has formed thereon a claw section which is formed by elastically deforming a portion (36) of the other member and which enters the position restriction recess (55) to come into contact therewith.
