PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of lid mounting parts in a pressure vessel used for pressurizing hot hydrostatic pressure, by supporting sealing lids adapted to be fitted to upper and lower opening ends of the pressure vessel, to a pressure bearing frame separately supported. CONSTITUTION:A pressure cylinder 1 having opening at its upper end lower ends is supported by a plurality of legs 4 above a pit 3 having a depth enough to introduce or take out a member to be treated, through the opening at the lower end of the pressure cylinder 1, and upper and lower lids 5, 6 are fitted to the opening at the upper and lower ends of the cylinder 1 so that a pressure chamber 7 is defined. The lids 5, 6 are threadedly engaged with upper and lower supporting members 10, 11 which are connected together with a pluraity of vertically extending tension bars 12. The upper supporting member 10 is held by legs 4 through lifting cylinders 9, while the lower lid 6 is supported by the upper part of a loader 17 above a turn table 16, so that the lower lid 6 is received together with the member 2 to be treated, on the turn table 16 when a lower threaded member 11a is removed from the lower supporting member 11. |
