PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless syringe free from the failure in injection, capable of executing the hypodermic injection by judging the right or wrong on injection on the basis of a thickness of subcutaneous fat and a special quality of skin, and adjusting the injection pressure. SOLUTION: This needleless syringe can set the optimum injection pressure by screwing a compression adjustment nut 39 obtained by integrating a detent block 38 with a piston rod 23 for demounting a nozzle 22 and moving the compression adjustment nut 39, the injection pressure is adjusted on the basis of the judgement of right or wrong determined by a right or wrong judging device for hypodermic injection in advance and the display of the thickness of the subcutaneous fat, and the liquid medicine is sucked and injected, whereby the injection can be executed with the injection pressure optimum to the injection part of a patient, which prevents the failure in injection. |
