PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the extraction temperature of coffee and to lessen the bitter taste and miscellaneous taste intrinsic to high-temperature extraction with a coffee maker by making part of the heat of water after heating by a heater absorbed into the water before heating by the conduction of the heat. SOLUTION: Metal having good heat conduction is used for a rising portion of water piping 8 after heating behind the heater 4 and the water piping 9 prior to heating before a backflow suppression device 3 of a water tank 1. The water pipings 8 and 9 are connected by a thermal conductor 7, by which a heat exchanger is constituted. The thermal conductor 7 clamps the water pipings 8 and 9 and conducts the heat. As a result, when the heat of the water piping 8 after the heating is thermally conducted to the water piping 9 prior to the heating from the water tank 1 and the water, the steam by bumping is simultaneously cooled and the effect of expelling and pushing up the water after the heating is conceivably decreased but is not always entirely eliminated. Then, the bumping occurs. The heat of the water after the bumping may be deprived while the effect of pushing up the heated water by the bumping is maintained. |
