PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer molding machine and provide high-quality moldings by automation by a method wherein a micro computer which permits the setting of conditions necessary for transfer molding, the sending and receiving of control data. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer molding machine 1 operating on the basis of command signal A, actually measured speed and pressure values as a result of working are put in a micro computer 3 in the form a signal B. In the micro computer 3, on the basis of these data put, a calculation is made on prestored programs, and the result is sent out in the form of a command signal A to the transfer molding machine 1 again. In case where a trouble occurs, the control conditions are changed in a dialogic manner by using a key switch 4 to operate the transfer molding machine. |
