PURPOSE:To guide a movable bed with one of the guide bars as the reference bar, by forming bearing pockets vertically and laterally to one of the guide bars and only vertically to the other guide bar when the movable bed on a set of the guide bars parallelly provided in a bridge state is slid by a static pressure bearing. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of bearing pockets 22, 23 is formed to both upper and bottom and left and right sides in an internal peripheral face of a bearing hole of each static pressure bearing 21 fitted to a guide bar 20, and one side of a movable bed 40 is supported under static pressure to both upper and bottom and left and right sides of the bar 20 by pressure oil supplied to each pocket 22, 23 through each throttle 22a, 23a. While a pair of bearing pockets 32 are formed only to both upper and bottom sides in an internal peripheral surface of a bearing hole in each static pressure bearing 31 fitted to a guide bar 30. The bed 40 is moved with the bar 20 as the reference, and unreasonable force is not applied to the other bar 30. |
