PURPOSE:To enhance productivity, by arranging a plurality of slides to a press apparatus in an up-and-down movable manner so as to freely perform multistage press molding and subjecting a thermosetting resin material to press molding by the multistage slides. CONSTITUTION:The speeds, positions and pressure etc. of a pressure cylinder 6 and an equilibrium support apparatuses 7, 7 are respectively preliminarily inputted to a control unit as a program corresponding to a desired thermosetting resin material 9 while said thermosetting resin material 9 in a predetermined softened state is charged in respective molds 8, 8 to operate the apparatus. At first, a hydraulic pump 17 is driven to drive the pressure cylinder 19 and slides 5, 5 are allowed to fall at a high speed to be contacted with the thermosetting resin material 9. Subsequently, the thermosetting resin 9 is contacted with upper and lower molds at a tuning speed and the upper and lower thermosetting resin materials are brought to the same state in the advance of a gelling state to be allowed to uniformly fill the cavities of both molds in a good flowable state. |
