PURPOSE:To reduce the material cost by making an adhesive agent unnecessary, by a method wherein thermocompression bonding of a sound insulating material layer and sound absorbing material layer is performed by making use of thermoforming felt. CONSTITUTION:Thermoforming felt into which a thermoplastic binder is mixed is used as a sound absorbing material layer 12 in an insulation dashboard for an automobile. After preheating of the felt, the same is put on the upper part of a sound insulating material layer 11 set up into a cold press die 30. Then a distance between dies at a fixed part of the die 30 is set up small, thermocompression bonding of the sound insulating material layer 11 and sound absorbing material layer 12 is performed and the low-cost insulation dashboard is obtained. |
