摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely insulate a direct current even if a battery being high-tensioned, to generate no spark in an auxiliary machine and to maintain high battery efficiency by inputting an electric power to an electric appliance of a circulating apparatus provided with an electrolyte distributing means and the electric appliance for driving it through an insulating transformer and by electrically connecting the terminal of a battery cell to the electric appliance side terminal of the insulating transformer. SOLUTION: In this electrolyte circulating apparatus, an electrolyte distributing means contacts with an electrolyte passing and circulating through an electrolyte passage including a battery cell and an electrolyte tank to control distribution and circulation of the electrolyte. An electric power is inputted to a three-phase inductive motor for driving a pump 10 as the electrolyte distributing means through an insulating transformer 4. A terminal between battery cell stacks is conducted to the neutral point (o) of the motor side terminal of the insulating transformer 4 by a connection 6. A ground insulating means 9 is disposed in the casing of the motor. Direct current insulating between a power source and an electric appliance and ground insulation of the casing are provided and potential difference between the battery cell stack terminal and the output terminal of the insulating transformer 4 are not generated.
