PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to insert without fail the section to be inserted of inserting components into the prescribed places of a circuit board by gearing up the derivation root of the section to be inserted into the prescribed place on the circuit board in a situation of standard position. SOLUTION: A circuit board carrying conveyor carries a printed circuit board 20 to the place where a lead wire 30a of the insertion component 30 is inserted by a component insertion device 10, and then carries the printed circuit board in which the lead wire 30a of the insertion component 30 to the next process. In the component insertion device 10, positioning of the insertion component 30 is determined in the condition that the derivation root of the lead wire 30a to be inserted into the prescribed place of the printed circuit board 20. As a result, even if a relative positioning relation between the derivation tip of the lead wire 30a and the place supported by a supporting means 2 is not fixed, relative relation between the derivation root and the place supported by the supporting means 2 gets stabilized. |
