aviation. SUBSTANCE: proposed thruster is mounted at rear end section of tail boom 16 helicopter. Two sets of blades deflect air flow passing longitudinal along tail boom to opposite sides of tail boom respectively. Two flaps (46 and 48) are mounted for partial rotation around sets of blades forming two holes on respective lateral sides of tail boom. Flats turn incomplete agreement in way towards each other and from each other for opening/closing respective holes symmetrically and simultaneously, thus keeping the geometric center of each hole stationary irrespective of state of adjustment of hole.
