Modular display booth units (10) are made from an upstanding bent sheet body portion (12) located at its top and bottom in respective depending and upstanding lips (21, 17) of counter top (18) and tray (16) portions. Inside the body portion, rails (28) extend from side to side. Hooked ends (40) latch into latching apertures (42) in the side wall (24) and the side wall (24) of any adjacent unit to link them together. Special angled joining units (50) are provided to allow the units to be joined to form elongate assemblies of varying configuration.
