PURPOSE:To prevent the wrinkling or snaking during traveling of paper, in a guide roller for winding a sheet member such as paper, by regulating the frictional coefficient of the guide roller surface. CONSTITUTION:A low frictional coefficient member 5 and a high frictional coefficient member 6 are alternately mounted on the surface of a guide roller 1. When the paper on the guide roller 1 is wrinkled, the paper is extended when the low frictional member 5 is put on the paper to prevent the wrinkling. When the paper is likely to snake, the snaking is prevented when the paper is put on the high frictional member 6. |
