PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization of an electro-magnetic solenoid without the increase of heating value and cost rise, suppress a noise and almost fix power required in operation under an unlock state so as to improve operational sense. CONSTITUTION:A swing lever 14 is put in turning movement reciprocatingly between the operation position where the turning movement regulation surface 14a of its tip part crosses the turning movement locus of a projection 13 for stopper and a retreated operation release position. A slider 20 is held in the pushing up position of a swing lever 14 by a cam surface 20a when a shaft 12 is turned in an arrow mark W direction under the non-electrified state of an electro-magnetic solenoid 17, but when the shaft 12 is turned under an electrified state, it is moved to a position retreated from the turning movement regulation surface 14a and the turning movement of the shaft 12 is regulated by the contact of the turning movement regulation part 14a with the projection 13 for stopper. A cam surface 20a is formed in such arc shape that a pressure angle between this and the projection 13 for stopper is made almost constant regardless of the turning movement position of the swing lever 14. |
