PURPOSE:To provide an air bag for a front passenger's seat or a rear seat, which can be manufactured easily, and can sufficiently protect an occupant even when the occupant slipped off from the rear of an air bag device. CONSTITUTION:The air bag 18 is made up by piling a lower panel with an upper panel 36, and sewing the circumferential peripheries of them together. An opening hole 38 for an inflator and a vent hole 40 are provided for the lower panel 34. The end section of the air bag 18 at the rear side of a vehicle is in a straight line shape in the vehicle width direction. |
