摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To develop a sintered parts having excellent strength only to a specific part while holding the oil absorption as the whole body by heating the specific part in the sintered product made of metal powder with high density energy heat source, melting and quenching. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral reinforcing part 6 of the sintered parts 3 obtd. by using steel powder and non-ferrous metal powder of Ni, Cr, Mo, Co, Mn, etc., as the raw material and sintering after pressurizing and forming, is irradiated with electron beam 8, etc., having high density energy. Only this part is heated to >= the m.p. of the sintered material and melted or half-melted to eliminate the fine pores peculiar to the sintered material, and after forming in the solidified condition to the molten alloy, a pressurizing die 9 is pressed and the quenching is executed. The sintered parts having the porous quality and excellent lubricity due to the oil absorbing effect as the whole body and the same high density and excellent strength as the molten alloy casting only to the specific part can be produced.</p>
