PURPOSE:To prepare a hair tonic having a reactivation effect on hair matrix cells and capable of growing downy hair in a diseased part where hair is lost and thereby recovering original thick and long hair. CONSTITUTION:This hair tonic exhibits its effect by absorbing one or more kinds of compounds selected from a group of allantoin, allantoin derivatives, allantoin compounds and allantoin derivative compounds into a diseased part of the head or by absorbing one or more kinds of compounds selected from a group of allantoin, allantoin derivatives, allantoin compounds and allantoin derivative compounds together with one or more kinds of compounds selected from a group of aluminum compounds into a diseased part of the head.
