PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can distribute the capacity as demanded even when a large difference is found in the demanded capacity of room units by enabling adaptation to the demands of various operation modes of the room units. SOLUTION: There are arranged a refrigeration cycle 13 in which a compressor 1, a four-way valve 4, an outdoor heat exchanger 2, a reverse support valve 5, a throttle device 6, a room heat exchanger 8, a two-way valve 7 and a heat exchanger 10 for heating a refrigerant are connected and a fluid cycle 14 in which the heat exchanger 10 for heating the refrigerant, a refrigerant circulation device 11 and a heat radiator are connected. This enables the cooling operation and the heating operation simultaneously or the heating operation and the cooling operation to be individually suited to a plurality of locations in a room. It is also arranged to allow the altering of the circulation of a fluid with the circulation device 11, thereby changing a capacity distribution ratio between the side of the refrigeration cycle 13 and the side of the fluid cycle 14. |
