SLUMP VALUE CALCULATION METHOD FOR STANDARD GRAPH OF READY-MIXED CONCRETE, SLUMP VALUE PREDICTION METHOD AND SLUMP VALUE DISPLAY METHOD

PURPOSE: To obtain a product conforming to a preset slump value of high accuracy by predicting the slump value of high accuracy immediately after the start of a ready-mixed concrete kneading process, and properly controlling the addition of water with an allowance within a kneading time. CONSTITUTION: The slump value of a standard graph is calculated by use of a method identical to the case of the final slump value of a measurement graph. A predicted slump value is calculated and the slump value is predicted using the slump value of the standard graph, the standard deviation of the slump and the ratio deviation of the measurement graph, according to the calculation formula of [predicted slump value = (slump value of standard graph - slump standard deviation)×ratio deviation of measurement graph]. In addition, the predicted slump value is shown on the same indicator as in the case of the measurement graph.
