PURPOSE: To provide a connector for connecting a card electronic device whereby the card electronic device can be stably in high density brought into contact with a mating connector with a small operating force. CONSTITUTION: A connector is constituted by an operating side structure part 10 of connecting a card electronic equipment 30 and a fixed side structure part 20 connected to a printed board 40 mounted on the equipment. The operating side structure part 10 is constituted by an outside/inside insulator 11, 12, paired plate-shaped springs 13 and paired film-shaped contacts 14. The fixed side structure part 20 is constituted by a stationary part 21 fixed on the printed board 40, movable part 23 movable in the fitting direction of the operating side structure part 10 relating to the stationary part 21 and a flexible conductive part 24 for connecting the movable part 23 to the printed board 40.
