PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generally cope with processes with parallel works and branches, etc., and also to cope with changes of processes by performing guidance display of the next process based on a progress status showing incompletion/completion of each progress process by values of each bit and pattern information in which information to guide the next process according to a progress stage is set and updating the progress status as a state that the process is completed based on input of information for the next process. SOLUTION: The progress status of a customer specified by an input device 1 is acquired from a customer information storage part 31 by a retrieval means 21. Guidance of the next process is displayed on an output device 4 via a second level information display means 23 by collating the acquired progress status with the pattern information which is registered in a progress management storage part 32 by a first level information display judging means 22. The progress status which is stored in the customer information storage part 31 is updated as the state that the process is completed based on the input of information for the next process by a second level information registering means 24. |
