The production device for plastics comprises a plastics tank (1) and a lower tank (2). There is also a plastics pump (4) that is powered by a combustion engine. A jet pump (8,9,11) is built through the floor plate (7) of the lower tank and lies opposite the floor of the plastics tank. It is built in between the floor of the plastics tank and the floor of the lower tank so that the back flow of plastics is through a funnel shaped neck or nozzle (8) and is delivered between these two surfaces. There is a neck shape (9) at the end of the nozzle of the inlet (10) for the plastics to lie and a flow direction through the diffusor (11) into a clearance between the two surfaces. A pressing technique may be used to form the plastics using the lower and the plastics tank.
