PURPOSE: A liquid nutritional composition containing isolated milk protein or a kind of casein hydrolyzed materials of the isolated milk protein is provided to supply enough nutrients to patients having kidney diseases safely and easily. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 2-3wt% of protein, 5-7wt% of fat, 31-37wt% of carbohydrate obtained by mixing dextrin and refined sugar in a ratio of 24:1-25:1, 0.0071-0.0212wt% of vitamin powder, 0.3877-1.163wt% of powdered inorganic matter, 0.3-0.5wt% of emulsifying agent, 0.2-0.4wt% of spice and rest amount of refined water. The protein source includes isolated milk protein or hydrolyzed material of isolated milk protein comprising one or more chosen among casein, sodium casein, calcium casein, potassium casein or kinds of casein hydrolyzed materials. The fat source is vegetable oil and fat containing monounsaturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid. The liquid composition is mixed, homogenized and sterilized at high temperature.
