PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter being excellent in a heat resistance and a chemical resistance and capable of being burned and to provide a manufacture method of catheter capable of efficiently manufacturing the catheter. SOLUTION: The catheter 1 is constituted by fusing a tip end 2 to a base material tube 2. A portion corresponding to the base material tube 3 is constituted by two layers of an outer layer A comprising a first polyethylene and an inner layer B comprising a second polyethylene. The first polyethylene of the outer layer A is a polyethylene having MFR 0.1-1.5 and a density of O.940-0.970, a low density polyethylene or a linear low density polyethylene of MFR 0.2-10 and a density of 0.918-0.940. The second polyethylene of the inner layer B is metallocene polyethylene having a density of 0.860-0.910 or a polyethylene containing 50% (by weight) or more of metallocene polyethylene.
