FITTING STRUCTURE BETWEEN OVER CAP, SHOULDER COVER, AND AEROSOL CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure in which an over-cap can be easily detached when necessary while it can not be easily detached in a regular use by forming a recessed or projecting fitting portion on an inner circumferential surface of at least a lower end portion of the over-cap, and forming a projecting or recessed fitting piece on an outer circumferential side surface of a shoulder cover. SOLUTION: A fitting part 1a comprising a recessed groove (or a projecting bar-like projection) is formed over the whole circumference of a lower portion of an inner circumferential surface of an over-cap 1. A fitting piece 2a comprising a projecting bar-like projection (or a recessed groove) except a part of the outer circumference is formed on a shoulder cover 2. A flat portion 2c is formed on the opposite position on a portion where no fitting piece 2a is formed, and a mark 2d to indicate a pressing part is stamped on the surface. When the over-cap 1 is detached from the shoulder cover 2, the side surface of the over-cap 1 corresponding to the part of the mark 2d of the shoulder cover 2 is pressed. The over-cap 1 is deformed into the elliptical shape to release the fitting.
