PURPOSE: A centrix service device and a centrix service method in a mobile communication exchange system are provided to extend a usage area of a terminal, and to solve a cut-off of a call by a hand-over by performing a virtual private service with an only exchange function. CONSTITUTION: A centrix service device includes a call processing part(132), a centrix number translation part(134) and a home location register matching part(136). The call processing part(132) maintains a call in the time of a movement of a subscriber. The centrix number translation part(134) searches information according to the translation of a subscriber number through a home location register device(140) on the occasion of the call of a centrix subscriber, and connects a pertinent in-coming subscriber and a pertinent out-going subscriber according to a search result. The home location register matching part(136) performs a matching operation between the home location register device(140) and a mobile communication exchange(130), and transmits and receives a signal through an internal matching signal method or a common line signal method in the time of a signal transmission to the home location register device(140).
