PURPOSE: A fluid bearing apparatus is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost with easily manufacturing, to secure the stability of an initial rotation, and to resist against the tilting of a bushing. CONSTITUTION: A fluid bearing apparatus includes a sealing cap(150) fixing the center on one side of a shaft, a hemisphere(130) opposite to the sealing cap with being separated at a predetermined distance and fixing the center on the other side of the shaft, and a bushing(140) inserting the center into the shaft to be rotated between the sealing cap and the hemisphere, wherein the fluid flowing in through a gap between the hemisphere and the bushing is flowing out through an expansion-reduction area of space volume between the bushing and the sealing cap, so that a first thrust load raising the bushing is generated between the hemisphere and the bushing, a second thrust load acting in opposite direction of the first thrust load and a radial load opposing to the tilting of the bushing are generated between the bushing and the sealing cap.
