DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING PROCESSED MATERIAL IN FULL AUTOMATIC DRAWING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A discharging device of a processed material in a full automatic drawing system is provided to simply discharge the processed material by a regular control flowing. CONSTITUTION: A discharging device of a processed material(60) contains many discharging guiders(62) installed in a drawing device(50) by a fixing bracket(65) at regular intervals and combined with a rotating shaft(61); a horizontal cylinder(64) hinged with the discharging guiders(62) and to load processed materials in the discharging guiders(62) to be drawn from a mold device by rotating lengthwise the drawing device(50); and a vertical cylinder(66) installed in the fixing bracket(65) and to discharge the loaded processed materials by rotating downward. The productivity is maximized by serially processing raw materials and automatically discharging the processed materials.
