PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for effectively and securely producing hydrate slurry with higher fluidity by cooling an aqueous solution containing a gest compound that produces a hydrate. SOLUTION: Aquenus solutions Sa, Sb, Sc each containing a gest compound are supplied into vacuum containers 2a, 2b, 2c, and these vacuum containers are evacuated with vacuum exhaust pumps 3a, 3b, 3c to evaporate the aqueous solutions in the vacuum containers for production of hydrate slurry containing hydrate particles. Each aqueous solution lowering in concentration owing to production of the hydrate is transferred among the vacuum containers 2a, 2b, 2c of multiple stages of having degrees of vacuum increased sequentially. |
