PURPOSE: A device for extracting a disk extraordinarily is provided to make a disk be extracted from a disk tray smoothly when a user extracts the disk being operated extraordinarily. CONSTITUTION: An object sensor(30) is positioned adjacent to a mechanical unit(24) mounted in a front panel(20) in the linear direction of an extraordinary extracting entrance(14) mounted at the front panel(20) and a mechanical unit(24) for extracting a disk extraordinarily. An extending member(31) is extended from the front panel(20) for mounting the object sensor(30) adjacent to a mechanical unit(24). The extending member(31) is made as a cylinder-typed, and the object sensor(30) is attached to the inner surface wall of the extending member(31). The object sensor(30) is positioned between the mechanical unit(24) and the front panel(20). The object sensor(30) senses an insertion of a pin from the exterior to the extraordinary extracting entrance(14) by a user when the disk is being operated, and applies the sensing to a control unit(34). A piezoelectric sensor(32) is provided at the front surface of the mechanical unit(24). The piezoelectric sensor(32) senses a pressing pressed at the front surface of the mechanical unit(24) for extraordinarily extracting the disk. A spindle motor driving unit(36) brakes a spindle motor(38) based on a braking signal for stopping the disk.
